Our cafe

Freshly baked, warmly shared: A cafe rooted in community

Situated along the canal, our café is a welcoming space where food and community come together. From your seat, you can watch the bakers at work, shaping and baking bread as part of the continuous 24-hour artisan process. The air is filled with the comforting aroma of fresh bread, blending with the hum of conversations.

Our café is all about community-shared moments, good food and a sense of belonging. We’re open Tuesday to Sunday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm and our kitchen is open from 9.00 am to 2.30pm. Whether you’re here for a quick coffee and croissant, a leisurely lunch, or a quiet afternoon with a book, you’ll always find a warm welcome and a friendly atmosphere.

Our menu reflects the same care and craftsmanship as our bread. Freshly prepared soups, vibrant salads, and generously filled sandwiches celebrate simple, honest ingredients, sourced from producers we know and trust, as well as from our own kitchen garden.

Everything is made here, in-house, with the same thoughtful attention that has always defined what we do. Our bread is of course at the centre of our menu, whether it’s toasted granary topped with our ever-popular mushrooms, or an enticing selection of bread to dip in your soup.

Mornings start with golden croissants and almond croissants, the soft spice of pulla buns, and—on weekends—the indulgence of pain au chocolat and pain aux raisins. Throughout the year, seasonal patisserie specials appear, shaped by the creativity of our team. A carefully poured Dark Woods coffee is a natural companion, though a selection of loose-leaf teas offers its own quiet comfort.

And of course, no visit is complete without something sweet. Our cake counter holds familiar favourites—chocolate Guinness cake, rich Polish cheesecake, and the sunlit citrus of Tunisian orange cake—alongside new creations, inspired by the seasons and the hands that bake them.
