Baker (Permanent role)

We are looking for a baker to join our busy baking team.

We produce traditionally crafted bread and patisserie that is slowly fermented using organic and local ingredients, with no additional improvers or preservatives.

Some professional baking experience or training is preferred and additional training in our methods will be provided. We are looking for someone with energy, enthusiasm and a passion for real food. You will need to be physically fit and strong as the job requires some heavy lifting.

The hours are 32hrs per week minimum and the working pattern includes weekends and early mornings. The initial hourly rate is £8.80 p/hour.
