Christmas 2015 at the Handmade Bakery

We’re gearing up for Christmas at the Bakery and wanted you all to know about some of the special breads and bakes that are on offer this year.

The Panettone  production schedule is well under way and these will be available to purchase from the bakery and our markets very soon as will our Christmas cakes.  If you want some great ideas for gifts and stocking fillers, our Biscotti is always a popular choice. Sourdough breadcrumbs are also available for all your stuffing needs!

Courses for next year are also selling fast, and for anyone purchasing these as a gift for friends and family there are vouchers available, please enquire by email.

From Thursday 17th December we will be baking our Christmas special breads: Spiced Cranberry & Pecan Loaf and a Walnut & Stilton raffia tied Boule, both great with seasonal cheeses and other accompaniments.  Any of these or our usual weekly range can be reserved for collection and payment from Saturday 19th December until 12pm Christmas Eve.

We have some slightly different opening times during the build up to Christmas Day and into the New Year these are:

CHRISTMAS OPENING TIMES

MONDAY  21st December  9.30am – 4.30pm

TUESDAY  22nd December  9.30am – 4.30pm

WEDNESDAY 23rd December  9.30am – 4.30pm

CHRISTMAS EVE  9am – 12pm(bread, pastries and drinks only)

CLOSED 25th December – 4th January 2016

RE-OPEN Tuesday 5th January  2016 9.30 – 4.30pm
